Change it IC/Passport no. and update all vaccination records (Malaysian)

Steps

1. Click on 'Profile'

2. Select the menu (☰) at the top right corner

3. Click on the 'My Personal Details'

4. Select the menu 'Help' at the top right corner

5. Select '2 I'm Malaysian, I used my passport no. as my IC for the MySJ account. I want to change it to my IC no. and update all records'

6. Submit your answer
