Why didn’t I receive any notifications when my appointment was cancelled or rescheduled?

Please ensure that you have enabled push notifications and in-app notifications in your smartphone settings. 


Go to ‘Settings’ and search for MySejahtera application. Then, enable push notifications and in-app push notifications.
