How to register?

For now, registration can only be done face-to-face at a kiosk or device provided.

For face-to-face registration purposes:

• Registrants require the following:
• MyKad, including fingerprint scanning.
• Mobile phone with internet connection.
• The MyDigital ID application downloaded through the Google Play application, Apple App Store or Huawei AppGallery.
• The registration process in front of the kiosk or device.

Registration through a kiosk or device only needs to be done once by referring to the process flow listed on the kiosk or device.

After successfully registering, users can use MyDigital ID throughout the lifetime of the digital Power of Attorney.

(There is a Phase 2 plan where registration and verification will be done online through data comparison from several trusted sources. This will be announced later).
