Untie IC/Passport number - tied to my account which is a dependent in my old account (Primary user)

1. Go to the 'MySJ Trace' page 

2. Click 'Verify Now' next to your IC/Passport number 

3. Click 'Confirm' then select 'Help' 

4. Select '2 My IC/Passport is tied to my account which is a dependent in my account' 

5. Fill in the form and click 'Submit'
